City Dirt vs Country Dirt

 A bit off in the pedantic random thought category, but it occurred to me recently as we were getting compost and mulch delivered in Asheville how different that is from "getting a bucket of manure" in rural Vermont. 

In Asheville, there's a nice website describing all the various types of compost you can order, you place your order, gulp at the 50$ delivery fee, and the nice new shiny cute mulch yard truck delivers:

In rural Vermont, it's a lil different. We've been lucky enough to have a local farming friend that would fill up the bucket of his tractor from his manure pile, and drive his tractor over, and plop it right next to the veggie garden:

Like I said, a little off in the pedantic random thought category.
